Specification

Structure:The frame is made of a RCC seismic zone II compliant one, with RCC peripheral walls.Plastering

All internal walls are given a smooth finish with POP Punning.

Painting

Interiors walls are painted with plastic emulsion paint while the ceilings are painted with acrylic emulsion paints.

Flooring

The living room and dining halls are lined with marble. The master bedroom is lined with a superior laminated floor. All bedrooms and the kitchen area are lined with superior quality vitrified tiles. Balconies and utility areas have an anti-skid ceramic tile floor.

Doors:

The main door frame and the paneled shutter are made of high quality teak wood. All other doors have a hard wood frame with designer flush doors. All doors have high quality hardware.

Windows

Heavy duty aluminium sliding windows with a mesh layer. The windows in the toilets are equipped with heavy duty aluminium ventilators and translucent glass.

This will also serve as an intercom facility that connects each apartment to the security room and to the other apartments. A one-time charge and monthly rental will apply. This is to be borne by the residents.

Lifts:

Each block is equipped with two high speed passenger elevators and one service elevator of a reputed make.

Fire Fighting Equipment:
