Tejraj Gulecha is the Chairman of Valmark, with over 36 years of business experience, including 26 years in the real estate sector. As a Commerce graduate, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Valmark's vision of delivering luxury homes that combine design excellence, open spaces, and a close connection to nature. Apart from his business pursuits, Tejraj is actively involved in social activities, especially in education and medical services, reflecting his commitment to community development. Ratan B Lath is the Managing Director of Valmark, bringing over 30 years of business experience, with more than 22 years dedicated to the real estate sector. Mahaveer Gulecha, Director of Projects, Design & Development at Valmark, brings over 17 years of real estate experience and expertise in project execution and design innovation.
